Il corso proposto in forma teorica e pratica nasce con la volontà di portare a
conoscenza del parco allenatori marchigiani una nuova metodologia d’allenamento
che darà più spazio allo studio dei ritmi come veicolo per migliore le
prestazioni dei calciatori, la concentrazione, la percezione del rapporto con i
compagni, con la palla, con l’avversario, con la giocata, con lo spazio e il

abituati, basati sulla sola valutazione degli spazi, e di scoprire territori
sconosciuti ricchissimi fino ad ora inesplorati. Questo nuovo
approccio, che utilizza il tempo come concetto orientatore dell’allenamento e
del gioco, permette di rispondere ad alcune domande con le quali allenatori di
tutte le categorie si trovano spesso a confrontarsi: la concentrazione si può allenare ed in che modo? È possibile
allenare e velocizzare i tempi e i ritmi della giocata? È possibile misurare
l’efficacia di un gesto tecnico? È più importante saper gestire gli spazi o
saper sentire i tempi? Alla fine delle
otto ore di formazione, gli allenatori che avranno partecipato avranno a loro
disposizione un nuovo strumento grazie al quale poter rispondere a queste
domande. Integrandolo alle conoscenze già in loro possesso si potrà lavorare al
miglioramento del rendimento del giocatore e dunque della prestazione di tutta
la squadra,
